To configure your security defaults, navigate to the portal settings. (Admin > Portal Settings) In the Security / Login section you will see options prefixed with Security Defaults. A value of 0 means that new employees will not have access to the page, the value of 1 means new employees will have access to the page.
In the image below, all new employees will receive the earnings, personal info, time off, and regular timecard. They will not receive access to the crew timecard.
