Submitting Time with Certified Payroll

The portal manages Certified Payroll in one of two ways.

  1. If the portal setting Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard Entry: "Auto-select Employee Certified Flag Based on Job" is checked, then the portal will check the Certified field in PR Timecard Entry based on the Job Selected. 

    1. In Viewpoint > Job Cost > JC Job Master > PR Info Tab ensure that the Job's you would like to come across as certified have the "Certified Payroll" setting checked. When time is entered for Certified Jobs, it will be reflected in Viewpoint in PR Timecard Entry. 




  2. If the portal setting Admin > Portal Settings > Timecard Entry: "Auto-select Employee Certified Flag Based on Job" isn't checked, then the portal will check the Certified filed in PR Timecard Entry based on Employee.
    1. In Viewpoint > Payroll > PR Employees > Add'l Info tab ensure that the "Include on Certified Reports" setting is checked.
